For banks, lenders and their legal representatives
ICEU.S. Immigration and Customs EnforcementTracing following deportation or removal
When someone is removed from the United States, banks, lenders and their legal representatives may lose contact while financial or legal matters remain outstanding. We specialise in working with foreclosure agents. We assist with lawful enquiries to locate individuals in the Caribbean, establish a current address and arrange service of legal documents where required.
We review the information available and explain the practical next steps before accepting instructions.
Caribbean Process Servers is an independent firm and is not affiliated with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Before you instruct
Useful answers.
Without the guesswork.
Check the destination, prepare the documents and understand the proposed fee. Our guidance helps you ask the right questions; the applicable rules and your court’s requirements still need checking.

Communication that helps you
An update you can act on.
A useful update explains what happened, what remains uncertain and what decision is needed next. That is the standard we aim for, so you can brief your client with confidence.
Before service, we work with you to check the respondent’s name and current registered office. If another address emerges, your client can decide whether to instruct one location or both.
Before you commit
Will it cost — or will it be cost effective?
Whether a trip to Mustique, Roatán, or Haiti is worth anyone's money. Ask before you commit, at no cost and with no obligation — we would far rather spend time doing the research with you than watch a good case founder on a bad address or not knowing the security requirements.
Our reputation is for bringing you a prompt response and speed of service. Detailed reporting with photographs so your end client understands exactly what is going on in the field.
Tell us where. We’ll help with the next step.
