The condominium problem, and the two-island problem
Both are predictable, and both are solvable if you tell us early.
A Grace Bay or Leeward address is very often a second home or an investment unit. The owner may be in Toronto, New York or London for nine months of the year, and the unit may be in a rental programme in the meantime. Serving that address achieves nothing. Tell us whether you believe the person is actually resident, and if you are unsure, let us check first — a management office or a strata record will usually settle it quickly.
The second issue is that the government sits on Grand Turk while the commerce sits on Providenciales, and they are separate islands. Court filing and document retrieval mean Grand Turk; most service means Provo. If your matter needs both, say so, and we will sequence it in one trip rather than two.
Gated resort and residential developments will not admit a stranger at the gate. That is not an obstacle so much as a timing question — we work around when people come and go, rather than arguing with security, which only guarantees the second attempt is expected.
