- Personal service, or left with a reasonable adult at the given address.
- Ask any required question eg. Is the Respondent/Defendant currently in the military.
- Swearing of Affidavit of Service.

- Signed Certificate of Service.
- Swear Fee (before a Notary Public / Justice of the Peace / Attorney)
- Scanned copy of the Affidavit emailed to your office prior to original being returned
- Courier of original sworn Affidavit back to your office

We accept scanned emailed documents for service.
We do not hang on to your service documents. Depending on location, we aim to serve process within 2-3 days.

We aim to return sworn Affidavits of Service / Certificate of Service back to you within a reasonable time frame. Should you have a Deadline please let us know in advance and we shall advise you accordingly.
